HPA Pressure Tank/Nutrient Question

I have been using a 100L pressure tank for my HPA setup. For some reason when I drain all the leftover nutrients from the tank when I want to up the dose of nutrients I notice I get a slight brownish color from the last 3 gallons. When I test the ph of the nutrient solution runoff sprayed on the roots its at the correct ph 6.0 - 6.5. When I test the ph of the last 3 gallons of slightly brownish water is around 5.5 or slightly lower.

I'm not growing weed this HPA system its for tomato plants I have had great success. I did a test using the same hydroponic nutrient in a 5 gallon bucket along with an air stone. Each day I would drain 1 gallon from the bucket I notice I get a brownish buildup on the walls of the bucket but the solutions ph is stable.

Does anyone else have this problem when emptying the solution from the tank? If yes how can I clean the pressure tanks rubber bladder to remove the brownish buildup? Any suggestions? So far I have not had to deal with any issues of clogging with my tefen misters nozzles with stainless steel screen filters.

I use VertiGro hydroponic nutrients 6-12-28 and 15-0-0. The ph is always tested before I pump the solution into the pressure tank.

Some warm water with distilled vinegar and pressure cycle it until it’s as clean as you want, then pressure cycle with clean water until you don’t smell the vinegar.
