Hps 400w cool tube setnup

Hps 400w cool tube set up I am first time grower in a 2x4x5 tent in my room with a 4" inline fan exhausting my tent through the tube out my window but need fresh air I did have my vent flaps open but still hard to control the environment

You'll need colder air coming in then. The air temperature youre passively pulling in isnt cool enough. You'll need to either add a source of cooler air. Or by adding negative pressure..i.e drawing air from the growspace more than it's pulling in can potentially drop a few degrees but seems to me like you need to add air conditioning in the grow space.
