I think the house passed it last year too, just never makes it through the Senate. I heard there are at least 2 Dem Senators who will vote against it, I wrote to one of them the other day, but I have low expectations. A lot of these old creeps are straight out of the Reefer Madness era in their mentality.

Republicans would be smart to pass this. They don't want this as ballot issue in the mid terms. But, circular firing squad joke here...

Once again it passes the House, just to get stalled in the Senate, where it will sit unvoted on just like last year.

Biden opposes this however, so even if it passes the senate, a veto is possible, if not likely.

Biden's running mate made this a campaign promise on behalf of the both of them. A veto would be a very bad idea because that clip will instantly be election campaign ad gold.
