You're just doing it wrong. First off no strain flowers in 6 weeks, 3 days is way to short of a drying time(typically 7-10 days) read a bit more, do it right and you'll see the light.

Curing doesn't increase density or potency really. It breaks down chlorophyll and improves the taste. If you like the grassy taste though thats fine, everyone has different preferences.

I jar cure but I've forgotten some lowers on the drying line for a few months that were loud AF. Super dried out but really tasty and just as potent as the stuff in the jars. I think Dafreak has a good point about some strains benefiting from a cure, some not so much.

I let my buds dry complete on the line now rather than concerning myself about getting them in jars right at 63% rh. Just my .02

Having lost my sense of smell and taste due to the maladies of old age, and smoke very little for other symptoms, I begin smoking or vaping nugs the day they reach a firm and steady 60% rh.....and jar some for continuous testing during cure.
At all stages, I get the needed relief I seek regardless of which nug I test, with the primary difference being 'smooth' or 'harsh'...of course the smooth being cured a bit ....
Also, in 15 yrs, those I gift have never remarked about any diff they may have noted.
Oh I still jar but I also don't see much improvement other than more removal of chlorophyll that causes harshness.

Science says people oxidize their weed in the cure. Ruining potency especially when they are noobs. I will not smoke flash fried science weed though
Albeit - ur methods are incorrect I think what you’re saying can be held true.

Rec weed hitting 30% has been flashed it crumbles like Gouda cheese

I know 2 guys that grow the same strain. Old hippies from arcata ca. One cuts all buds down and dries them on shoe box tops. The other dries out on paper bags. One does a cure after the box top method and the other doesn’t. Paper bag method comes out dense af. Both great smoke! I’ve flushed and done total darkness at the end. Tried everything and I just like to keep it simple. You can play god all you want but the plant is gonna do what it’s gonna do!
