I found this egg and weird red thing on west coast og by fastbuds hoping ye can help identify!!

The bud sites were drooping with a brown colour to them, my friends said it was nute burn but it looked more brown and deadlike than nute burn. Leaves were drooping and some were pointing straight downView attachment 20201007_001235.jpg and found eggs on steams and on leaf steams. I also couldn't see anything moving at all. I took the plant out to save the two green crack I have in there but I'm concerned they might pop up in a few days, I should have taken pics of the bud sites for ye but that leaf is the best I got. Theres no signs of damage or bugs on the green cracks thankfully
