I need some help/ advice from a seasoned grower

I'm now in week 6 of flower with my very first grow (all vegan DWC) I have 2 ladies .. 1 pineapple express (photo) and 1 cream cookies (Auto).
I seeing as how this was my first grow ... i was very nervous not to do too much. That said, I only did some defoliation, not much though... well I should have done more I think.
I'm in week 6 things look good so far... but i don't think I'm getting the most out of them because of the foliage so should I defoliate the girls or just let them go????
Can I hurt them if I defoliate????
For some reason I think if I do I will let the light shine down to where the flowers are smaller???? Is it too late. And do better next grow???? Screenshot_20200527-072020_Gallery.jpgScreenshot_20200527-071833_Gallery.jpg20200527_071434_resized.jpg20200527_071601.jpgPlz see picks.

Those plants are fine, they will begin to pack on, just be patient. Don’t mess with them that far in flower, that’s my opinion/experience with doing so. The plant will def recover but it the becomes a matter of when.

Definitely don’t defoliate now. You’ll notice as the plants get more mature, light ends up getting everywhere due to the plant throwing it’s own leaves late in flower. If you have the time just keep her going and be patient, and what you have down below the top canopy will form up into some good rocks , grow looks great but very Sativa Dom so sit tight :) you’re nearly there! Maybe just under half way through flower. I’m not “seasoned” and I feel pretentious replying under that heading , but I’m always learning and happy to share my Personal experiences over the years
