Identify this white tiny bug

Can anyone tell me what this is? I bought clones from a couple dispensaries and then a couple days later everything was crawling with what looked like thousands of these(they've been reduced to the hundreds now it seems). I've hit them with neem, spinosad, dr zymes, hydrogen peroxide, and dr earth. So far the only one that's seemed to kill them is the dr zymes but some still come out crawling around an hour after spraying.

Yeah I don't think these are mealy bugs. They are way too small. Like without my scope zoomed in it just looks like a white spec of sugar that slowly wiggles around. I suppose it's possible they're those mold mites. I'm doing multiple sprays of Dr zymes now days apart to see if they eventually go away.
