Ilgm honest review

Yes, couple days ago I messed up. Rookie mistake. I topped an autoflower. Didn't read how to do autos an never tried one before.
Now I am going to do what I always want to tell newbies. If you can fix it before the point of diminishing returns, good, otherwise pull it and start over.

i've done NASC. they are fabulous plants because they are in breeder packs. i also just did seedsherenow. went super well. haven't popped those yet but those are also in breeder packs...the point is breeder packs being worth something at least to me. it doesn't make sense that there is no origin...it matters as not all apples are apples.
The one thing I can say good about ILGM they help rookies learn where not to buy seeds. I can say one thing, my grows were good enough for me to not know how much better they could have been.
I ,like most that order ilgm I figure, do so because it was the 1st site to pop up that would ship to my state without customs and they take cash. My grows were fine for a noob at led grows. I learned alot for fairly cheap. Am I gonna order there again? Doubtful. But if their genetics are THAT bad then I can't wait to see what I can do with N.A. or solfire. I didn't have any issues with ilgm but I have found other choices since then.

ILGM is ok, but after three bad orders and the not making any ajustments for me I'm through with them. Even if their seeds are good they arn't good people to deal with, imo.

I only have 2 plants to compare to them to. Diet Durban THCV:THC and an auto Critical + 2.0. I think I scrtewed the C + 2.0 by topping it. Next time I'll read the instructions first. But it still looks good.

The DD is the important one and the reason for the grow. It's the strongest plant I've ever had for 18 days old. the seed sank to the bottom after about 13 or 14 hours, cracked the next day and was planted, and sprouted the next. The other seed, auto, was one day behind. Yesterday the C+2.0 went into a 7 gal pot and this morning the DD went into a 15.

It could be the soil and not the genitics but these are the strongest plants I've started.

You've hit close to where I am. I would buy again in a rush. I do have to give then credit for several things like their selection, shipping, resonable price(?), and the the one thing that I do like is the discription of the strains.

I have a back yard full of their seeds now. It's, imo, a nice grow, but I see grows that make mine look like skinny. Not all of them, all of a couple strains. I know that they have the best Supper Soil, I didn't cut any corners. To me, they are things of beauty. They just don't measure up to what they should be.

BTW, I'm a farmer and live on a farm. I know the quality of plants.

It's completely normal to top autos.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. Right after I topped it I read that topping was the one thing you wern't supposed to that was different from photo.

It was really about knowing what you are doing before you do it. I did exactly what I tell others not to do.
Thanks for setting me stright on this. I'll go ahead and grow it out. Almost started over.

It's definitely a new gig growing autos. I have never ordered seeds before, let alone autoflowers. First time led too,so essentially a 50 year old noob. I didn't know what cal-mag was.lol. Or powdery mildew, or any of the idiosyncrasies that comes with non landrace strains. It's a murky place out there the first time. At least for me, there's so many seed vendors all claiming to have the best strains. I had to hang out on forums awhile and do alot of research to find other options. Anybody that only does crypto and bank transfers ain't for me. Some don't ship here. Others are always out of stuff. I did 2 10+10 from ilgm and while I've been practicing, I've been on here finding out about new breeders and getting ready. Man my wife and friends are already dumbfounded off what I consider decent smoke. Just think how it's gonna be when I get me some real fire genetics. Hey keep us informed how your grow goes eh? I envy you being able to grow outside. Nothing tastes like sun grown flower.

Great grandpa is the family gardener, I guess. Wasn't supposed to be that way but it's like one big grow. That brings on a little stress. That's OK though. We will have RSO on hand the next time it's needed.

Any time I get a chance tell how ILGM ripped me off I’m glad to do it. I have had 3 orders from them of bad seeds. The first time I just let go, 2nd time they replaced them but it cost me a couple weeks off list time.

The 3rd time, was a real loser. After having to explained why their didn’t they sent replacements from a “different” batch, they said.
what actually happened is they is they LIED to me. Both packages had the same batch number.
I got 3 plants out of 20 seeds.

ILGM gets an ABSOLUTE 0 (that’s ZERO) from me.
I bought 300 bucks worth of 5 different strains and only 2 strains would germ. FCK ILGM

Hate ya had trouble.. As someone with sage advice just posted couple days ago, never order large orders from somewhere that hasn't earned your trust. Start small. Bean chucking seems to be the latest scam fad. I'm not spending more than $100 +/- on my first order. I had no trouble sprouting and vegging ilgms beans. My only issue has been 1: too much genetic variation on phenos and 2: overall quality of finished product. The second one was alot my inexperience with autoflowers. My advice, read alot on here. Talk to people ask questions. When you are interested in a company investigate them. I used ilgm cause I did the 10+10 for $100. In reflection I don't consider it a mistake. Their mediocrity and unknown breeders led me to find better sources. P.S. The glass of water germination ilgm recommends didn't do well for me. I put them in wet paper towels and all but 1 sprouted. Hey good luck on next time .

They don't have the best rep with several threads here bashing them.
Any suggestions on where to buy seeds If everyone here worked together we might all find a good source.
I'm testing The seed connection right now. I'll let ya know how it goes.

North Atlantic seed Co.. They have alot of top breeders gear like Mephisto , Humboldt and Solfire among others plus freebies with every order. I am about to place an order with them soon as I overhaul my growspace.
