It’s done for, it’s gonna keep budding most likely. start new plants if you want bigger ones and add supplement light.

No there's no chance .you don't think it has something to do with other lights at night I wake up early for work in the morning and I have a motion LED light outside but none of the other three plants I have are doing the same thing
Oh wow i never thought about that... i have my plants growing outside this season... and my kitchen light at the back window is on sometimes at night.... i will have to remember about that when it comes time for flowering season.

Some of mine that started flowering early are still getting small flowers that aren't doing anything more either, so I think you're right.

Others have actually stopped (almost) flowering on top & look pretty normal. I'm hoping maybe I'll get something from them.

And, last AND least, I have 3 that look like the reveg photos I've seen. They're about a foot high; shiny, smooth leaves w/ one-three leaves; & flowers all up the stem...didn't even branch out when I FIMMed them earlier like all the rest. I think I'll be replacing those with some of the new ones I have started... hopefully,,,

those are only about 7" tall, maybe? I've only FIMMed them once, and due for 2nd time in a day or so. They're only that tall because we had rain for a few weeks and they stretched so much that they're all stem....not having the best luck this year!

Maybe the rest of the summer will be better. It doesn't freeze here until late November & I usually harvest in Sept, even when they say it should be Nov. From what I read about early flowering, and my early harvests, I think I'll start them later next year.

Live & learn...isn't that what they say??? (when am I going to do that??? I'm only 68...guess someday I will .. :p ,

Yea it’s possible they can revert back to veg but if there more than a week into flowering they will be pretty fucked in the end. Your yield will be effected massively and it might be shit altogether. I’ve been thru this before. Just start over and add a few hours of extra light

Oh and femming can also cause plants to flower from the stress, I don’t do any of that anymore myself, but many people do with good success. I just don’t wanna take the chance, especially if there just babies they can’t take much stress. Just my .2 cents

How do you get them to branch out? FIMMing is pretty much the same as pruning as far as I can tell. If you just leave them, do they branch? I've FIMMed or pruned them every year. First time I've had these stupid early flowerings..... My new plants are tiny, tiny things. i sure hope they sprout up quickly! I need my medicine for nausea, pain (to some degree it helps) and SLEEP (hash...which takes A LOT).

The only thing a small pot will do is cause rooting problems and stunted growth. A small pot will NOT make it flower.

RIght. The only plants I have in small pots are the starter plants. Then they go in 15 gal pots. Have NO idea what caused them to flower so early this year. Others have had the same problem....and all over the place. no rhyme or reason.

some plants including ak48 have ruderalis tendencies to flower in veg, could be due to small pots.
I'm not trying to poke at you friend. However, AK48 doesn't have those tendencies unless it is crossed with ruderalis to create an auto.
There are numerous strains that can produce a larger number of pre-flower sites. The tops will look like the plant is starting to flower but it is not. We, at one point had a white family strain known as Chrystal, that once the branches started to stager, would show flower sites all over them. But those were not the real show. Those plants would have those pre-flowers kind of eb and flow in their abundance until it actually started to flower in late August. Then the show just kicked into high gear and beautiful things happened.
If for some reason it happens to your plants, and it troubles you, then the only things you can do are, to give up (I wouldn't do that if the plant was otherwise healthy) , wait, or go for light dep. Going into summer in the south, I would avoid light dep like the plague, unless you have a very well ventilated greenhouse/ hoop house with ac. It'll be too hot and humid in there otherwise.
