Been seeing stuff hear and their about pulling 2-2.5 lb harvest per 4x4 ebb and flow tables... with 4” rock wool cubes flipped as soon as clones sprout a decent amount of roots with the tables holding 64 plants.....iv done 4 plants lst per 4x4 area and have managed with an honest average of 1.5-2lb per 4x4 area even in my 4x8 each side was pretty close strains where white widow and black widow from ilgm....iv pullEd 2lb per 4x4 consistently with blue dream strain from ilgm...but 4 way lst top feed dtw and tieing down and swazzing 3-4 times on each plant is work and just a pain in the ass to hit that number........so I’m wondering if something like this thing would be a lot easier to manage and hit that elit mark in yeilds?

As for lights I’m leaning to opticled slim line 650s... hlg are over rated and overpriced imho....also have trash for even light coverage.....slim lines look promising nd have an apogee reading that’s quite impressive

SOG is always going to be king of yield as you put it, but it's not as popular because of the plant numbers. Either you're legal and can't have that many or your not and you may not want that many. Plus it's a pita to take care of enough mothers to get that many cuts. You need the right plant for it was well.
