Is this bud ready to start flowering

Attached are photos of my two plants. They are both feminized white widow from rocket seed bank. They look so different from each other...? This is the 7th week in veg and 10 weeks total growth from germination. I fimmed them on 5/9.. I see several bud sites but didn't want to start to early. I'm growing in a grow room 3x3, ts1000 led grow light with plenty of ventilation and growing in ocean farm soil in air pots. Humidity stays around 40% and temp around 78'F... I have not fed yet at all cause the growth has been so good. So should I start flowing or wait a little longer?? Should I start feeding??? I have the FF trio available. ANY advice on what i should do to the plants would be greatly appreciated cause it's my second crop after completely messing up my first grow. Thanks again...

I would definitely start flowering. 7+ weeks is a long veg. Depending on how much they stretch you might have height issues. That ffof should be getting close to being depleted. I would start a mild flowering solution when you flip and go from there. Plants get really hungry as they transition to flower and stretch.

Start feeding a well balanced overall nutrient/s at a low dose...begin a booster in minimal amounts after..see how she responds.
Ensure your ph is between 6.5 and 7.2.
Allow your pots to dry to approximately 80% dry ...get to know by feel...how heavy they are wet and dry.
This is important.
Good luck.

Id flip for sure. For 10 weeks from germ I'd expect a few more sites tbh. This was taken week 12 from germ, so two week older and had just started flowering. If you have a strain that stretches heaps, you could be in for a ride haha. This thing doubled in height over three weeks, and vegged for around the same time.

Your outdoors looks like directly in the ground so that's really apples to oranges to the op.
