Why didnt you reply that to him earlier?

And we never discussed what medium hes in or his watering/nutrients habits. Fairly certain hes in soil tho, which means any defiency he would see most likely started a week or two beforehand. I highly doubt he watering with manufacturers recommended dose of calmag would cause any problem.
But then again you may be right

Exactly why I said I wouldn't suggest adding anything else without more info.

Why are you pushing the CalMag so hard? It causes people more issues then it solves.

His plants are showing zero calcium or magnesium issues but you're still suggesting he adds it, why?

Im probably biased toward calmag. With my filtered water i add 5ml per gallon every water to replace the stripped nutrients that may have been in the tap water. It was a practice recommended to me and i have not seen any defiency or toxicity problems.

But like you said maybe we should get more information before recommending a path for him

It fox farm ocean forest sitting at a 6.9 or 7 ph and i have fox farms millions of different (they got me addicted a long while ago but maybe soon ill break free and go much simpler) ive noticed they like to break it apart like leaving some parts out of xwrtain products so you will have to buy all to keep up with all the macro and micro nutes

I'd check the pH. And it looks like you've got some critters.

Oh shit. I just noticed you're in Denver. Hey neighbor. I'm just up the hill from you.
Ph is at 6.9, 6.8, 7 anywhere in there i thouht so too but its the way i was spinning my plant in the tent it was rubbing between the pot and the tent

Whats up growing buddy i can remember making my first closet grow when everything was still illegal and all tge thought it took for venting and amount of light you can get in there...now look at us just blows my mind how far its come

How much is over feeding calmag? In ppms or ml per gallon?? Thanks
Ca, Mg, and K are all interconnected kinda. Too much of any can lock out the others, or even themselves. The Mulder's Chart is helpful. I have Ca in my well water so I have to be careful I don't add too much extra Ca, or I get Mg and K deficiencies.

I had K deficiency once so I was adding water with langbeinite in it. Started getting better, then K deficiency got worse. My guess was that the K was locking itself out since langbeinite is 0-0-22. It could have been the Mg in it locking our the K, but I'm thinking it was just the K. I don't fully understand all this antagonistic vs synergistic shit, but I'm learning.

Thank you, i was hoping i didn't sound like a jerk, i really want to know how much is too much because i use Calmag a lot!! Every watering, anywhere from 5ml to 10 ml per gallon, and thats 2x-5x the dose on the label of my Calimagic. Great chart, Thanks again!!

I'd use only as much as you need. Calcium and Magnesium are pretty easy to diagnose. It's hard to get rid of stuff if you overdo it, but easy to add more. If it's all going good now I'd keep doing what you're doing, but just be aware too much Ca or Mg can lockout K.

Yes that's way too much. Normally full strength of any company recommended levels is too much.

I use zero CalMag as my nutrients contain both.

So according to Mulder, if your feeding a lot of N or have really dark green leaves you also need to feed Mg and P.
