Jackberry project

Ordered my beans from AMS. After having 2 shipments intercepted by customs i finally received the third which was 5 Jackberry fems. When AMS says guaranteed delivery worldwide, they mean it!
I germinated two of them in RapidRooters. Both sprouted within five days. Once they broke the surface i placed them under a 100w T5 placed just above the humidity dome where they stayed for 2 weeks until they both showed good root development and i determined that transferring them into their forever home was a good idea.

The forever home being in a 5x5 secret Jardin. Utilizing a RDWC system fabricated by me, using parts acquired from ACE hardware.
They will veg under 1000W eye hortilux super blue bulb and will flower under 1000W eye hortilux super HPS bulb powered by PhantomII digital ballast.

Ordered in the Elite gardens master kit. Pretty pricey nutrients but managed to find a great deal on ebay.
Just did my first solution change for the girls yesterday. 45 gallons fresh tap water with ppm 170-180.
Added the elite base-A and base-B at 1/4 strength (25ml per gal). Let it circulate and mix well then added the part C and Root Igniter then allowed to circulate well. End ppm=235 with ph at 7.1
Added some advanced nutrients ph⬇️ 10ml. (Stuff is potent).

Side note: If you are unfamiliar with or haven't used it before (advanced nutrients ph down) start with a small amount. I was using botanicare line of products and their ph down would take about 2ml per gallon to lower 2 points. My local shop didn't have the botanicare brand and only had AN brand so i bought it. I took it home and added 30ml to my fresh water change and it dropped my ph 3points to 4. Couldnt reverse the problems it caused. Completely ruined a grow in week 6 of flower.

Checked the ph when i got home yesterday and the 10ml of down brought the juice from 7.1 to 6.0. I dont want to risk taking it too low while I cant monitor it so i will live with it since its in range.
Got the halos assembled and running for some top feed action. Put on timer to feed for 15minutes every three hours. Might back it off to every four hours but will hold off for now.

They have survived the transplant and are now starting to show signs of new growth. Both standing tall and ready to start taking off.

Fifteen minutes every 3 hours seemed to me to be too often for feeding so I did change it to 15 minutes every four hours which is what was read in the book "the Marijuana Grow Bible" by Jorge Cervantes

3days after the previous pictures. The 1st pic is the girl on the right, and the 2nd is the girl on the left in the 3rd pic

10 days difference.

As you can see they are starting to show distinct trait differences between the two. The right one looks like it is going to tend to short and stout while the left looks like it will tend to be a little taller but time will tell for certain

Maintaining a steady ph level. I try to set it at 5.5 but am having difficulty getting it dialed in. Usually fluctuates from 5.7-6.4

This past weekend I upped the ppm to 475. And within two days it was already down to 370. Will run wit it until I change the solution a week from yesterday. Plan to run 2weeks between solution changes

Wanted to scrog them but I think I wanna let em go without topping to see how they tend to grow naturally. Then on a subsequent attempt with clones I will try it
