I just got done posting in another thread how using GH is so easy it's like cheating then I click on this interesting thread. Your video is fine and I like your small set up. At around 1:30 mark I was wondering about your ph because they look a little pale. Then around 2:00 looking at your day 48 plants I'm thinking, yeah getting a little over fertilized but not sure exactly what. I like to gauge my gut feeling before I find out the specifics. Then I see your nute mixing regimen and my eyes start to glaze over because I hate math but it seems you are on top of it. Then we get to the EC and my jaw drops. I guess I know nothing about Jacks. I have no doubt some plants can survive and maybe even thrive at 2.4 EC. I know for a fact mine would not, don't even need to try it. I think you are on the right track going back to 1.2 EC. If you want to try more sometime try 1.5 or so. Since I really know nothing about Jack's and have no idea how complete it is I will defer to the Jack experts from here.

I thought we had a lot of Jacks users here. I guess everybody ditched that crap after all. Hopefully lowering your EC will solve your problems.

Didnt watch video cause im at work but what is your problem? Too hot of nutes?

Jacks is so simple. My dad who is on his 1st DWC grow is crushing it. This is only his 3rd grow in general.

Don't follow the feed chart. Follow your plants. Over 2 ec usually is a bad idea. Start at .8 and work your way up slowly.

.2-.4 seedling.

.8 - 1.2 veg.

Maybe 1.5 in flower.

Sorry didn't watch the vid. I'm at work.

This is my first go with Jacks. I'm in coco but I have to assume you're hitting them too hard or maybe you're concentrations are off.
I'm only at 1.2 EC currently and it's been too much for a couple of mine.

Depends on plants and environment, I was running 1.6 at week 6 veg and still had my ppm dropping everyday becuase they wanted more

Sorry again. Can't watch vid atm. My system evaporates about .5 gallons per day. I have to put back in .5 gallons each day before I check ec. Do you have an issue with water evaporating?

This evaporation makes it hard for me to use a chart like that.

I do a water change every 7 days. I don't add water throughout the week. I just let the plants drink and lower the water level until it's water change day. I heard of people adding fresh ro water throughout the week to top off the system. Should i be adding fresh (no nutes) water throughout the week?
