It should be green healthy growth, if its brown or looks dead in the center, its probably mold, the mold dies off and it turns brown, normally in the largest buds.

Out off 4 plants this one has the largest coala, but most white pistils. Ive been keeping a close eye on it for about 2 weeks and pistil progression seems kind of slow. Is this normal towards the end of grow?

Kola's put on the most weight in their last 2 weeks of growth. So I've been told.... But, I think I was told that so that it would be easier to keep my damn hands off of it.

And yes, that's mold.

Yes looks very healthy on the inside but i see small visible signs of mold on some dead leaves,is it useless or can it be saved?

I would get the temps up and drop the humidity, if your canopy full, remove 50% of the fan leaves, you need to maximise air flow in the canopy, to remove humidity, but keep the air flow low, for example lots fans on low, chop all buds with bud root and remove them from the flower room.

You can water cure the buds with mold, never tried it, many sites say this is safe, but I would cut the mold out of the bud and chuck that part away, water cure the rest.
