Hi I wanted to know best way or any way to get my Marijuana felony expunged. I was on this sight under jem name in 2009 I was busted for a small grow 14 plants at time they had M.M.S in PA anything over 10plants was felony and I did a total of 3 years up state for that. I live in Florida now and got my card etc... you think that felony could ever go away I have other misdemeanor for other stuff DUI etc. But only felony was the 2009 small weed grow. I figure I will give it a shot since this sight has helped me over the years in growz etc... thanks

In my state if clean record for 10 yrs you can get felony expunged, Look at laws in your state thats some hard time for 14 plants i did 30 months for 136 plants back in the 90s good luck.

Talk to a lawyer in the state the felony occured. I know people that have had it done but there is a process to go about doing it. If you don't know what that process is then it's best to consult with someone that does.

Yup it cost me 5k couple yrs ago. clean record well all most, no felonies

3 years for 14 plants? Wow that sucks. I got out of some serious shit in Cally in 2014, conditional probation, as long as I didn't do anything else, no probation. My friends who had the grow op in their garage, maybe 50+ plants got less than 3 and I think it was reduced to probation and a shit ton of community service. I had a felony on my record and it got wiped, for you guessed it, money. Lawyers make a living off the misfortune of others, fuck them all...

I got a 15 months felony conviction for 7 grams in Ky, in 1989.. I did 12 months.
In 97 I got busted for an indoor grow. I gave my partner 500 clones to put on his farm 150 miles away in south central Ky. He got busted, and ratted me out, and I had 700 more clones, and did from 97-2009 with the Feds. I wasnt using all the other 700 clones, I had just made a bunch of them so I could pick the best ones, and clones that were the same size, so I could have an even canopy. I was going to use 180 of them. under 5 1000w HID
I got charged will all of them, including the ones I gave him. I pled guilty to a 10-Life Mandatory Minimum, and 3-5 MILLION $$$ Fine, that was waived.
My ex partner got off scott free. No felony conviction, and no jail time. Goes to show you wat ratting can do.

Check your state laws on what can be expunged and what can not. Some states do not allow expungement for certain convictions like violence, gun and you guessed it drugs.

If weed is ever federally legalized, and it goes along with the current D plan. Automatic Expungement will happen for ALL nonviolent marijuana convictions
