leaf problems

Does anyone know whats happening here? Is it overwatering? if so, what can i do?

Definitely could be over watered, what type of soil is it in?

That's looking pretty rough. It's not over/under watering. If it were either, the fans would just be droopy. This looks like severe nutrient deficiency. Have you started mixing nutrients when you water? Premix soil usually only contains enough fertilizer for a couple weeks.

Overwatering.......check for other things though.....like bugs. One thing bad can lead to other things bad......things prey on the sick......
