Does anyone know about the osram zelion hl 2x2? I have 2 of them and cant find anything out are they good or no?
Hello @Gochuckyaself

I saw your post and wanted to comment. We were originally involved in the development of the first Zelion HL light - the model you mentioned. It is a well built light, however it represent older tech (developed in 2014) and subsequently there are many better lights that will perform better for less money.

Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions we can assist with.

Best Regards,
Dan

Looking for LED light, plug n play or a kit to assemble... what's the best bang for the buck currently?

The QB 240 kit is out of stock, was going to grab 2 of those. Not sure I wanna deal with Alibaba, if there were a problem it seems like a nightmare to resolve. I'm thinking a flower footprint of 6' long by 24" or 30" deep.. ceiling height isn't an issue.

Heres is a simple design or solution to those with a tight budget. Appears to be decent enough & has today's popular HE spectrum.
Just over a dollar a watt.

I want to build\buy a light for 4x2, I was thinking PCL photo boost strips but it seems they are always out of stock! So considered chilled growcraft X3 but didn't like the reviews I guess they used too much 5k (I am not an expert). So I have a $500 budget. Any suggestions?

You wanna build, there's lots of options. If you want a fixture ready to go,
I am considering both. I have a lot of time so dont mind building it but what I mean by building more like a building someone else's design like Greengenes build, but I can consider a good fixture ready to go also...
