hey all!! Long time stoner about to try this grow your own out. Sick of paying for it here in the e.u prices are just not good. Haha to get to the point I want to grow with an LED and very quiet fans maybe in a 4x4 maybe 4 to 6 plants. What is the price range, I’m hope no more then 1500 to 2000 led’s tent fans nuts. Am I thinking to hopefully or am I in the right direction? Appreciate any feed back

$2,000 USD is about what a high end 4x4 costs to do. I'd budget $700 on a quality QB/COB LED setup and $300 on tent and ventilation. Make sure to spend $50 or $100 on some nice genetics. The rest will get eaten up by the multitude of small items you'll need to buy.

You can do it a lot cheaper if you're clever or okay with extra work in some places. For example, $8 PH strips vs. a nice $70 meter, premixed liquid nutrients vs. DIY salts, etc.

Thanks for your input. I’ve had my mind on a good LED that can push out 600hps - 700hps power output. The fan situation has to very quite. Any recommendations?

This pretty much hits the nail on the head but I’d personally opt for a ph meter over strips to make life easy.

Led- timber redwood vs $800 on timber grow lights
Fan- hydrofarm 6” inline $80 on amazon
Filter- 6” vivosun $50 on amazon
Fan speed controller- $15 on amazon
In tent fan- $15 on amazon
4x4 tent- $100 on amazon

And like whtrabb1t said the rest will get eaten up by the small things like ph strips/meter, ph up and down, nutes, soil, pots, ect ect.
