Light intensity

Can anyone help with light intensity. Seedlings 7 days from sprout I have a lux meter on my phone measuring 10500ish light is es180v3 currently dimmed as low as it will go approx 2 feet from seedlings. I'm noticing some of the serrations curling up on the bigger seedling can anyone tell me if that's a light intensity problem or what it might be.
Cheers

Currently 28C and 67% I just turned the extraction fan off this morning to try and keep some heat in, temps have been around 22-26C. I'm running autos on 18/6 over night to try to stop big fluctuations, having lights off during the hottest part of the day.

@Bjg Honestly the temp is fine around 82-85 humidity is fine. Let the grow a bit more and evaluate them this time next week. They’re babies just coming into the world let them acclimate and se how they look. Atm they look Fine so let them ride.

get some black fiberglass window screen and put between the light and the babies.
I still have room to raise the light up, I'm just looking for info on how to measure the light intensity to ensure I'm not over doing it. I moved the light down because the bigger seedling was stretching a bit at 9000 lux currently 10500(I've since re potted them and buried the bigger one a bit deeper). I only have a lux meter app on phone but I've read a few posts where guys are using this to assist with light levels at different growth stages.

You should take the phone outside and see what it shows you in the bright sunlight. Then you know the limits of the phone. My phone won't go over 32k Lux. But I can use it to setup the light so 32k Lux is at the leaf tops which generally seems pretty close. I also have a Lux meter and the LEDs go way over 32k Lux, but the phone would never know it.

Good idea at least then I can tell what level full sunlight is roughly. I had the reading up to 90000 on the phone with the light turned right up and only 2 inches away.

So full sunlight is coming up at over 200000 on the meter at times

That's pretty good. Sunlight is ~105K or so I think depending on everything.

The electric sky has a very nice flowering spectrum, but with quite little blue in it. Also they use concentrating lenses. I wouldn't say it's an ideal light for starting seedlings, although they don't look too bad. If you keep being unhappy with how they grow you can always put them under some neutral to cold white, regular led light bulbs and see how they like it.

Also, comparing lux of sunlight with lux of ES is not really a good idea; the ES spectrum gives a lot less lux per radiated watt than normal lights due to being very red heavy.
