Light requirements for indoor fruits and veggies

Hello all,
I'm wanting to setup an indoor grow for strawberries, beans and lettuce, I have no idea what type of light is good enough, I'm hoping something from Home depot can do the trick... any advice?
Any chance LED pot lights would work? 10W 4000k 750 lumen...

All feedback appreciated, thanks!

Strawberries are full sun plants so give her all she's got Captain!
These just got me today and still beat up from shipping...

Mostly likely a spare COB light, about 100 watts.
I'm probably only keep one of these though, I'll see which one has the least amount of aphids when their quarantine is over.

I would recommend a quality full or broad spectrum light. You'd want 300-500umol for veggies and greens. Keep the light on for 12-18 hours a day. Keep the light low to the top of the plants so the plants don't stretch too much.
