Longtime members first grow journal

Hello,

I'm a longtime member who up until recently has been lurking in the shadows without posting. I started visiting this website back in high school when i dreamed of being able to grow my own smoke, even starting a plant in my closet at my parents house( did not go over well). Then when i moved out I made a couple unsuccessful attempts to grow that failed due to landlords wanting to visit and some pest issues, that ultimately discouraged me, although the whole time I always would come to this site and read grow journals, and dream. Well finally I have my own spot and am currently in the midst of building my dream growroom for a perpetual setup.(stay tuned for a growroom build journal.Well with all the uncertainty in the world right now I'm not sure what will happen to the supply chain of decent smoke, and i definitely don't want to have to start buying the crap the government is selling so I picked up a couple clones and here we are.

Right now they are just hanging out in my workshop for a week or two while i finish my hvac rough in and do my insulation and vapor barrier and get the environment somewhat dialed before moving the girls into their permanent home. I currently have two plants going under a 400w MH and the plan is to flower them in a 3x3 SCROG each under two 400W HPS. The strains are 9lb hammer and strawberry starkiller og. The plants were put in these pots about 5 days ago and after a day or two of adjustment seem to be happy enough and have started putting out some new growth.

Another update,

We are at about day 14 of veg , had a couple small hiccups. I was overwatering a little but I caught it right away and the plants have more or less rebounded the startkiller moreso than the 9lb, only seemed to stunt them a little. Now this morning the very tips of the leaves of the startkiller has twisted just a bit on a couple leaves, I'm thinking maybe I will drop the PH from 6.3 to 6.1 and see if that helps, she is still looking really healthy so I think I have time to figure this out, humidity was also 30% this morning because my humidifier ran out of water last night.Lets jump into some pics.91115250_228466058401968_2162892461649690624_n.jpg91882633_205217924230988_1056326092391972864_n.jpg
The new room is all setup, still dialing it in but the temps are pretty consistent, but I am struggling with the humidity.
