Looking for New LED

I’ve posted before about my stealth grow filing cabinet. Currently using a 300w viparspectra but after hearing about new LED lights such as HLG and what not, I’m looking to upgrade.
However being in a filing cabinet, there is DEFINITELY limited vertical space (I want to say the overall height is 54”?) after considering height of bucket, and the height of the plant it’s even more limited.
My main concern right now is the power of these higher quality LEDs. Will they be too powerful for the grow space?

If you get some good bar style leds some of those can be ran as little as 6 inches away from the plant or in some cases a little closer.

Most of the hlg's are dimmable if you feel it's outputting too much. And mine run quite a bit cooler when dimmed a bit. Plus probably better to have slightly more power than you need and dim it than not enough.
