Looking for some assistance

Hey all,

Hoping someone can help identify the issue seen in the photos.
LSD-25 Auto, three weeks since sprout.
Foxfarms OF, Happy frog and perlite mix.
Watered with RO water.

Problem started a week ago, added some CalMag and no help. Wondering if this is a nute burn from hot soil or nute deficiency? New growth has yellowing on tips and larger leaves are dying. Thanks!

What would the solution to this be? I’m guessing the soil is just too hot. Should I wait a few days till they dry out and flush the soil out, or flush them now? (If that’s a good idea). thanks!

Is there a reason you're using RO water?

My tap water has chloramine (or whatever the Chlorine type additive is that doesn’t dissipate) in it, so I have to run it through carbon to remove it I believe. Any suggestions?

You might wanna add calmag more often then. I might also add some other micronutrient too. I've used Earth Juice Microblast and feel it works pretty well.
