Hello all, My name is peter, and for the past few weeks I believe I have found what I would like to do in this world, get into the cannabis industry!

I want to work in sales,or working in a dispensary, or working in a grow house. First thing I did was optimize my resume to better fit keywords for recruiters.

Does anyone know which companies will be opening an estalblishment in New Jersey? i'm North Jersey.

I have seen positions for multiple roles, but the problem is I have seen a lot of fake roles, meaning the position isn't real, and the job poster wants to get your information so they can send you newsletters or whatever they do with it. So if you know of any companies, please let me know!

I have applied for a few positions already.

Also looking for advice on how to get started in this industry. Anything helps! Thanks.

Start one and call it Trimmers Inc. and then market full harvest services on demand. Bid based on an hourly rate X # of trimmers, perhaps with a reasonable minimum production quota, and then hire some part time helpers when you get your first big gig. You could offer services for two levels of trimming quality: rough/electronic and tight/hand trim.

My hands are getting carpel tunnel, so I don't want to have a job where I use my hands all day. Its not a bad idea to start your own business, but thats not what I want to do. I know how that business will go. I charge 5$, someone else comes in and charges 3. I'm best at talking to people, so I am hoping for a sales job or budtender job.

Brilliant. I was just telling my friend something similar 2 this. He started a junk removal business instead. The trimming business would still be fruitful in this time :bigjoint:

i think you mean your last name probably needs to end in a vowel.
My last name does end in a vowel ironically
