Looking to increase temp & humidity

Have a 2x4x7 tent (LED) in my basement that's pretty cool even in the summer. Daytime highs of 22C and lows at night of 14C. Trying to increase and stabilize range to something like 24C-18C.

If I'm looking to flight my light cycle so it runs at night, is there an ideal way to do that with clones in early veg? Just extend the dark period until I want lights to go on (so if moving lights on 7 hours up I extend dark period by 7 hours 1 time) or should I do it slowly li,e a half hour a day?

Does anyone know if a good heat mat like the link below would do the trick?

Any other suggestions would help. Also RH ranging from 37% to 47% at those temp, so any input there greatly appreciated too.

if you want to change your light times, just change it, no big deal. forget the heat mat, hot soil isnt want you want.

read about VPD at the link below, that will help clear things up a bit

I have similar conditions. Get a small heater and humidifier and hook up to inkbird controllers. Here's my setup in the garage:

I was looking at heated pads etc normally used in the garden but none of them really seemed powerful enough. I decided to give this a go and I'm not disappointed! It is fire proof, waterproof and you can adjust the temp from 30 to 50 celcius. It stays on for 12 hours so you will have to turn it back on once a day, it doesn't work with a timer.

I can fit 2 30 litre square pots on it and it does a decent job of maintaining the soil temp between 20-25 degrees for the roots without drying the soil out.
