losing 50lbs (at least)

Anyone have any advice on how to gain about 30-40 pounds. The only thing that has ever worked for me was large quantities of beer, but I have a job and responsibilities and can't really drink like that anymore.

If you want to gain, you've got to lift!

Lots of different types of rows, lots of shrugs with dumbbells 3-4 times a week. Do several sets of 12 or so reps. Pause at the top and bottom of your reps to increase your Time Under Tension and stimulate size gains!

Try the supplement L-Glutimine. Its an amino acid, like the building block of protein. Its cheap and its a powder you can mix in any drink so its easy to use.

Check out "The American Sniper Workout." Bradley Cooper supposedly gained 37 pounds of muscle in 3 months.

I tried doing the whole lifting thing, but I just became a ripped skinny guy. I am more interested in gaining a nice layer of fat. It was minus five degrees here over the weekend. I am not built for this sort of weather.

Not saying it's the right way but i did a 1200-1500cal/day diet , pretty much a decent breakfast, then salad w/ chicken breast and water all day, along with walking appx 1-2 miles/day( went out and walked the complex at work at break, lunch and after work) and lost appx 50lbs in about 2 months, went from appx 230 to 180. I never felt tired or fatigued, but i also don't live an extremely active life style. I worked my way into it over a 2-3 week period dropping my caloric intake every couple of days. There are general guidelines, but listen to your body and you'll know what you need.

Feed yourself. If you wake yourself up in the middle of the night and have a protein shake or quality protein it tells your body that food is abundant. Watch the muscle/fat pile on...

this is what i.do get free weights ten to thirty lbs lift them strait up sidways 5en to thirty times then without stoping do curls same ten to 30 then hold weight infront of face and throw punches ten to thirty.then stand up strait lift knees toelbows crossed with ur hands on back o neck do one hundred to three hundred then do a push up stance hold it as long as possible this is a yoga pose works core and arms stationary go ahead do some pushups too it helps if u drink coffee milk low suger or none and be high ull have benefits from coffee and weed to help turn u into a natural beast ow and hunt more wild gamn is ultimate freerange meat fuck what hippies say . meat is why we evolved if it wernt for us learnin to eat dumb beast wed still be tree monkeys or dead ice age didnt leave alot of friut on the vine i recomend no junkfood try to eat natural strait off the bone meat and fresh greens wich grow easyier than maryjane (what a sweet girll:

oow and as far as diet goes humans by design are hunter gathers tho modern coinvienance inturupts this . to increase ur metabolism u should eat six small meals in stead of three face shovings like cspitolism makes us eat , in short bring snacks to work peanuts are fantastic sumtimes i get full off nutsand granolia , im a walkin contradicition i like weed granolia
