Low EC run off DTW coco

Ok, hate to ask but want to make sure of what’s going on here.

First run drain to waste in coco. One tent multi strain photos. Other tent multi strain autos.

Both tents under quantum’s. 80 degree ish.

Running 100-150ppm cal mag topped up to 600-650ppm with megacrop. 1.2-1.3 Ec.

There’s a little GH nectar and yucca in there too.

PH 5.8-6.0. A little PH down now and again.

Auto tent is 24/7. Photos running 18 and 6 but flipped to 12/12 yesterday.

Photos look healthy, autos a little deficient.

Run off is 350 ppm. So 0.7 Ec down from 1.2-1.3 ec. Before it stayed around 1.1 ec.

The Autos run off ppm dropped first. Now it’s the photos.

I went from one feed yesterday on photos to two feeds. And the autos from 2-3 feeds.

20% run off. 1 gallon pots for autos. 2 gallon for photos. Fabric pots.

I’m hoping that helps. If not...

Should I up my feeds or up the ec?

They are definitely eating.

For sure, and the pots are root bound as they should be for coco dtw.

I think I'll add another feed per day, and bump up the auto tent ec as well.

From what I've read I probably should be bumping up feeds. Unsure if I should mess with ec.

I’m honestly having a hard time keeping up with feed in one of my spaces in all my coco stuff. I just swapped from rockwool specific to coco specific nutes, and that seems to be solving the problem. I’m still feeding them twice as much as I was 3 weeks ago, but they’re twice as big. So it makes sense.

Yeah man, this is my first coco runs and I've only been back growing less than a year so lots to learn real fast.

I'm going to bump the auto's ec up as recommended and also bump up an extra feed a day.

Coco kills it. Incredible compared to soil.

Everything kills it if your system is dialed. I’m not a fan of soil tbh, but as far as growth rate pretty much anything other than soil puts out more, faster. Ime growth rate goes:
Dwc/aero/aerowc
Ebb n flow or dripper rockwool
Ebb n flow or dripper coco
Hand watered coco
....
....
....
Then soil is down here lol. Hand watered Coco removes a lot of issues you run into in dwc and ebb n flow ime. Roots tend to stay in check regardless of room/water temps, no air pumps. Etc. so it’s sort of a trade off between growth rate and pain in the ass.

Just my two cents; your autos are short on Mg. I would not up their EC (unless the increase in EC is because of an increase in Mg)...if anything up their feeds; if you can get away with it.

Your photos look pretty good, but note your leaf tips (some clawing); you're probably pushing them as far as they want to go. I wouldn't screw with their EC at all until those leaves straighten up or if they get worse, I'd ramp my feed concentrations down some.

Thanks for the advice bud. I figured the photo's were doing pretty good and noticed clawing in some too, so I upped their feeds and only upped the EC by 0.1. I'll be cautious with it and maybe drop it. The up in EC was actually some sweet candy I just received.

It is 9 different strains growing so I expect some variances. The Blue Dream has to be supplemented as it's hungrier than the rest.

The autos I upped the feeds and EC. EC is 1.4-1.5, and double the feeds from 3 to 6. That should fix it. I may drop the EC and supp in some mg in place if it still looks like it needs it in 2 days.

Again, it's multi strain. So I have to find a happy medium between them all.

I also just got the temps up from high 60's to 80's recently in the Auto tent, whereas the VPD in the Photo tent is pretty dialed thanks to the humidity from the DTW. It's an ongoing project I tune as I can and as I learn. I'm sure there are alot of people that can relate to that.

How much are feeding? As in how many times a day? Are you running lights 24/7? to run off?

Meijiu Majo’s.
Custom 10 bar 800 watt. Only running them at 400 watts in the picture. I don’t push them past 600 as it’s not necessary I’ve found.
The ones on the left are Lm301b 3000k + 660nm epistar.
The ones on the right are Lm301b 3000k + 660 & 730nm Osram and 395nm LG.

One set of each covers a 9 x 5 nicely. One over each tray.
