Maine outdoor, favorite strain?

I’ve got my go too’s that I know do well with our short season and tolerate a bit of a chill but I want to try something new. Gorilla glue was amazing last year along with critical mass and white widow. But the surprise came from the strawberry kush I adored everything about her. The smell the size the ease. Anyone have some other suggestions for some New England outdoor varieties.

From MA and as you probably know we have cold damp harvest seasons. I got sick of losing plants to bud rot or powdery mildew so I started ordering seeds with known resistance to mold and pests or indicas that finish early. Personal favorites for outdoor runs right now are Northern Lights and Purple Punch. The northern are made for our climate and they finish mid September. Yields not super great due to 100% indica genetics but good enough. The purple punch has an awesome mold resistance and yields surprisingly well for an indica dominant strain.

Where I'm from in Maine it's really tough to get any strain to finish well completely outdoor, so I always flower inside.
When my only option was completly outdoor I always went with a hardy indica.

I had some gear from Honeysticks Genetics outdoor last year, super early finisher. about a lb, and finished by end of sept. Surprised the heck out of me on finishing. Not pollen chuckers, serious gear.
Just ask what they recommend for outdoor, they got the goods.
I saw at least 12 growers running their gear indoors last month, these guys are really taking off and making a name for themselves.
Their instagram clones page has contact info, their other page has all their insane frosted pheno results.

Thanks! I will definitely give the purple punch a try.

I usually move my plants into a greenhouse for the last few weeks to keep them out of early autumn rains.
