On a personal cultivation coverage I will say this are the two equipments to buy:

Mars Hydro FC-E4800
Coverage of 4x4 ft
Price is US$469.99

Mars Hydro TS 3000
Coverage of 4x4 ft
Price is: US$449.99

Some Mars Hydro lights offers you more power, but we are not going to take advantage of the
capacities of the light, because we don't have the space and it would be a waste of resources and money.

Also let's take a note on the veg and flower coverage some equipments the description says veg coverage 4x4ft,
but when going to flower your coverage goes down to 3 x 3ft. You need both a 4x4 veg and 4x4 in flower.

It will be great to "specify" that in all your equipments, some only say 4 x 4ft but we have to guess if its both
veg and flower.

Personally i would use an FC-E6500 and dial it down to start with but one of the website recommendations is: TS3000 as the biggest led grow light in TS series, offers enough coverage for 4x4 ft area with affordable price and quality yields, in return it's able to be applied to both home cultivation and commercial veg cultivation.
  • Wattage - 450w
  • Veg Coverage - 5x5 ft
  • Flower Coverage - 4x4 ft
Id want to flower the whole area efficiently so would dial this down a little during veg

There a few answers to this. I’m really liking the fce 4800 in my 4x4 and will be buying another. They’re great lights at a killer price and have a better spectrum than other lights at the same price point. The fc 4800 is a good choice too I just like the price on e model better.

if I were running supplemental co2 I’d go with the fce 6500.
