It's coming along nicely, there's nothing much to report atm, growth is pretty compact still, it'll be interesting to see how the stretch phase goes over the next week+

I originally cloned it from a 12/12 at 4/5 weeks 12th Feb put it the clone tent until the 3rd of May, I then re potted it and and put it under the led.

I'm relying on photos atm I could be out a day two.
I've not actually noted any dates I'm ashamed to say, I'm starting to rely on the forum as a diary.

I removed a few key leafs today and I re potted another plant from a 1ltr to a 6ltr to put in beside it, the lights on anyway even 1oz is money for old rope so to speak.

the @MarsHydrofactory Ts2000 has a wide footprint of 4x2ft so I've plenty of space.

It's needs a 7/10 days of tlc.

There's not much to report there's nothing really much to do now its automated, but it's looking good.

It's about time I got some sort of net sorted out, it's not taken dramatic stretch yet but there's plenty of time it's only 12/13 days since flipping.

I done a little lst and some trimming of the lower shoots, I've left the lower leafs intact I've no reason to remove them on this occasion.
_20210525_160355.JPG
I opened up the 2nd plant by bending the branches down I've still to tie them down, I also removed all the crap with it being a monster clone.
_20210525_160549.JPG
I also gave it a bit more height hopefully it's used to the light by now.

That's it for now.

It's now into the 3rd week 16/17 days 12/12, stretch has been relatively normal nothing lanky or super compact as yet, it's now 30" across the canopy, 11-13" deep and nice and level to within 2".
_20210530_155423.JPG
Temps are up to 25.5/26c 60/65%, the increase in heat has cost me some rh% but its nothing concerning.

Due to the canopy size and the fact I was using a heater i've added a 2nd light instead of using the heater it's the logical thing to do.

So I've got them both running at 65/66% = 400w @ 21" from the canopy?
I'm a bit concerned about bleaching.

I was using 300w immediately above it, i've added another 100w but have it spread evenly between the two light, according to my calculations it shouldn't bleach them, however if you think I've miscalculated let me know, I'd hate to bleach them.

Some might have noticed I've put lids back on the pots?
I didn't expect humidity problems with 1 plant so I didn't bother with them, when I was re potting the 2nd plant above I was surprised by the difference in root ball, fk me what a difference a lid makes.

This is what I'm use to seeing across the top of my pots.
_20210524_104900.JPG
The meanest of watering cans won't budge it lol.

When re potting this I was surprised, I've got used to top to bottom roots.
_20210524_104811.JPG

Fk me you don't want to try maneuvering a plastic lid past 25 ties and the branches pulled down to 2" from the medium.
I can see from the photos above that the lid went on the 2nd plant 21st May and the this photo was taken on the 28th._20210530_211823.JPG
That's the roots showing already :-)

Some branching porn!

That’s it for now then, comments, questions etc all welcome.

That's 3 weeks +/- 1 day...

Over the last 4/5 days its taken a bit of a stretch, nothing alarming, I'm quite happy with it tbh and another few inches wouldn't go wrong.
_20210602_215619.JPG

Over that period I've been at it daily pinching out select leafs and re arranging the ties/branches, I've really enjoyed it, it's great being able to sit in with the plant with a cup of tea and a joint!

I noticed it was getting a bit lop sided so I spent an good hour on it today bending/pulling and tying when I left I was happy with it.
When I started, check that slope...

After a few joints and copious tea...
_20210602_221321.JPG
I was back at it this evening tweaking a few branch placements.
It probably time I considered bringing the net down being the end of the 3rd week, I did consider using Yo-yo,s but idk I'll see how it goes.

Well I got my few inches + a bit more I expect.
Any delay in stretch has made up for over the last 5/6 days its been stretching nicely, I snapped a photo yesterday 10am then one today at 2.15pm fk me I nearly fell over...

From yesterday
_20210605_143337.JPG
Today...

Earlier in the day I'd set the data logger so it was fractionly missing the tip of a plant later in the day it was scuffing it, I know they grow quickly but it was only 2/3 hours later.

Going on past experience it won't stop stretching at 3 weeks 4th week would be nearer the mark, again I don't mind a bit more stretch not a inch a day fk.

For whatever reason there's 12/14 tops dominate the canopy they're 4/5" taller than everything else, I've tried to find a pattern but there's none that I can see, one is a mainstream the others consist of random places on the mainstem?

During the stretch I tried fimming two of the dominant branches, one I did fuck it and miss the other I caught sweet, the difference is quite obvious, the one I got right ceased to be a dominant branch but the one I blewit with continues to be one of the dominant tops
_20210605_144100.JPG
And the one I didn't fk up.
_20210605_144010.JPG
I expect most of the work is done in regards to nipping shoots leafs and adjusting ties circa 21 days 12-12

As I left it.

It's not unusual for the stretch to last a month with this blackberry.

Stable temperatures night and day with ample 4/5k light and its still stretching dramatically...
I wish I'd fimmed it last week, growing the way it is I also considered topping that branch 3/4 days ago, previously topping in flower has been good to me, I'd rather not so I'll see how it goes?
Fimmed tip!
_20210606_134032.JPG

Canopy height 16" dominant branches 19/22"!

I didn't get a chance to get a photo of the stretch until the light was out, that's
1.5" from yesterday...

I'd been threatening to put the net on but never got around to it, I should've done when I 1st suggested it, but that's life.

Anyways I set about doing this morning.
_20210608_191309.JPG
My back was killing me when I was finished so I called it a day.

After a couple of hours I was back in re arranging a few bits and pieces and decided I get the other one done, it's 7/10 days behind the bigger plant.
As I left it...
_20210608_190947.JPG

A bit of a update on that root growth.
_20210608_190914.JPG

The younger generation is looking fine, I struck while doing one of the major shoot pinching about 10 days ago I don't think it's a monster clone per say, I expect it'll veg as it does without a bud but we'll see? _20210608_191034.JPG
That's about it for now.

It's pretty much finished with, it's mostly only waiting to do now...:-)
_20210611_180002.JPG

4 weeks (28th day) I increased the power to around 80%

A handy tip for holding a branch until it re orientates itself, or holding a branch that favours the wrong side of the square.

Circa 40 days 12-12

Back on June 8th it was growing 1"+ a day when I put the net on, that has taken the wind out of its sails, since netting vertical growth has almost stopped I reckon another 1/1.5" more growth in total...
_20210623_131651.JPG
What a difference the light off makes to the photo!
_20210623_131839.JPG

There's not really anything to do now except wait :-)

Still another month to go I think but we'll see?
