Hello and just wondering if I used megacrop in the uk what ph I would go with will using in coco, also I’ve read before about megacrop sweet candy bud explosion etc etc and read that green leaf said himself they’re sold separately so people can make they’re own recipe not to add to the megacrop... so basically my question, would megacrop be good in coco on it’s on with things like great white and mykos and maybe cal-mag here and there as I’ve seen about the cal-mag defs and mpk after stretch cheers

IMHO, mega is good for veg on its own, too much N for flowering in my experience

Okay is Thankyou for the reply, is there anything you recommend using in the uk I’ve just finished my first grow with ghe trio but didn’t really like it cheers
I've only ever ran Canna nute's when using coco, the base nutrients work ok on their own. Everything works a lot better with all the additives tho and it's the additives that are pricey!!! There are many ways to skin a cat and you'll get a thousand different opinions of which is the best nutrient line up.

Pretty much all the nute' brands available contain the exact same chemicals(maybe in slightly different ratios), so as long as you go with a fairly reputable brand, actually knowing how to use them is much more important than which brand you go with.

Here's a great site for how you SHOULD grow in coco https://www.cocoforcannabis.com/toc/#fertilizers-water, follow the pointers given here and I'm sure you should be fine with your GHE trio.

Hoping to get 4 purple ayahuascas and 4 peyote critical both femized and both photo periods, Im harvesting this week everything went abit shit after I added a pk booster tried flushing and fixing it with cal mag as I thought it was cal mag def, but bud growth definitely slowed down and have really yellow leaves on one of my plants, the rest are okay. the gorilla zkittlez has been all good and one has been lst very well if I do say so my self has some big colas, when it’s down I’ll get some pictures

My latest grow, self designed/built flood and drain system which I'm still ironing out some problems with, 5 different strains using megacrop V2 for veg and canna aqua for flower, 3 weeks into 12-12
Sounds good mate and looks good too, I’m thinking of trying great white with aykos for starting seedlings and will use through veg transplanting etc and maybe get the megacropv2 for veg and mix it up with flower if it isn’t enough, have u tried their bud booster or sweet candy? To boost production in flower

I've just looked on their website at the new V3 and I think this would work with a little extra cal mag in veg and mpk in flower....................as I've said earlier though pot size, knowing when, how often and how much to water is much more important with coco grows than the actual brand of nutrients.

Okay mate Thankyou, this time I’m in 15litre plastic pots and pretty sure they were pot bound ages ago as they’ve had 6 weeks veg and 8 and a half weeks flower not sure tho maybe why the others were yellowing already? Next time I’m thinking of tranplanting twice in veg ( 2 weeks after seed in 200ml pot into 1.5litre and week before flip into 25 litre so extra root growth for flower and using great white and aykos for the roots and maybe as you said v3 megacrop cal-mag and mpk for flower, thanks for all the information Once again do appreciate your time to reply ( also I’ll be using coco coir with some perlite maybe 20-30%)

What Don said.
Big fan of the cocoforcannabis site. Must read info there for all coco growers.

Based on personal experience...

Be careful with the BE and SC. They can easily do more harm than good.

Common pH for coco is 5.9 thru 6.3.

Same goes for their calmagpro.
Huge N for so little CA.

I typically use calimagic to supplement as needed.

MC in flower. I went thru several runs trying lower MC base for lower N, bumping pk with MKP, etc....

Now I run Jacks 321 ish in flower. MC for veg.
