If you live in the UK, there's probably a law against selling scrap metal, which was what it was when in the skip..,.. I thought some of our laws were too restrictive, But the UK has laws, up the ass, on just about everything.

Matey I wish I could take credit for it but it was a welder just messing in his spare time. Some serious skills but he wasn't happy with it.

It was down to it already been in the skip and it therefore belong to the skip company. CCTV everywhere and weighing around 300kg there was no chance of pulling it out.
