Hi everyone. Some of you may remember me from last seasons grow journal here. I've been growing weed for several years and recently decided to go back to college for a degree in agriculture. Hopefully my prior experience and increased education will come together to make this a great year. I'll be growing some of my own crosses as well as a variety of commercial strains and selecting keepers from there.

~~My Crosses~~
Photon Blaster (Golden Gun x Spaceballs)
Grape Balls (Grape OG x Spaceballs)
Blue Balls (Blue Death x Spaceballs)
Blue Death (Blue Widow x Deadhead OG)

~~Commercial strains~~
Cherry Sherbet
Neverland
Nana Pie
Everlasting Grape Stomper
SoCal Master Kush
Blue OG
Skywalker OG
MarrionBerry Kush
Sour Kush

I also popped a couple auto freebies into pots for the hell of it. I'm not a huge fan of autos but free is free and they won't take much time or space. Strains are Critical auto and AK auto.

Feeding will be with bulk organic ammendments and homemade fertilizers with a focus on sustainability. My soil is very rich from previous years of heavy amending. This season I'll probably just feed through top dressings and teas, and save myself the back-breaking work of mixing more amendments into the soil. I use a lot of kelp in my garden because it accumulates all the minerals that get washed into the ocean. I also mulch heavily with alfalfa to provide nitrogen, naturally occurring root growth hormones, and added moisture retention benefits. Plus lots of manure, compost and worm castings. Those are the work horse of any healthy soil.

She looks great. Did you like the smoke? So many strains are hit and miss with no real consistancy. Hopefully I find a nice pheno. That's really a big part of why I start a bunch of seeds and just keep the best plant from each variety. This is my first run with TGA gear. I've seen some impressive stuff from them outdoors.

I've pulled up my chair to watch this Blaster Balls of Death grow. Good luck with it.
Hehehe that sounds like a new strain name I need to make.

Sweet I'm interested to follow along on this
I'll try not to disappoint.

I know you have kids mamma so im ok with the fact you have balls and death in your strain names :)
LOL maybe it's my pent up wild side coming out.

Have a great year :)
Thanks! I'll sure try. Same to you. ☺

Nice to see you back again looking forward to see some of those strains.is that blue widow from dinafem?
The Blue Widow I got as clone so I can only assume. But it had the longest trichomes I've ever seen. Like trichs on top of trichs. Then the Deadhead was no slouch either. The cross was kind of Blue Dream like. Soft and sweet smoke with a good potency.
