Well this shall be my(my dad and i are growing together) first ever grow journal, and I'm proud it will be a MNS journal. We are growing in a heated greenhouse in southcentral Alaska, so It will almost always be slow growing at first. But they will inevitably finish under lights.

I won Dreamtime, Devil, and Critical Skunk at the MNS auction for 77 US dollars total. He planted the whole pack of CS(wasn't there so I don't know how many there were)four? Days ago and so far 14 are up.

We are currently waiting for more promix as we only had enough dirt for 7 pots. My dad wants to go all organic but still doesn't understand that you can mix your own soil for less, and he keeps delaying the switch to organic bottled nutes, among a bunch of other things. Sorry for rambling but it's tough to get an ol timer to change bad habits.

Anyone who has experience with CS is welcome to give any and all input. And here is a shot of some of the CS seedlings to start the journal off. 1469489649503-1400919049.jpg 146948975357768089695.jpg

Well after a couple more days, 17 CS are above soil. And we just planted 16 of them into pots.

Also bought three bottles of earth juice fertilizer and a bag of ewc, and fed the CS a light dose of EJGrow. Next updates will be when I start to see major differences between plants.

Quick update; 3 out of the 17 are "stunted" or something, but the rest are chugging along. 3 or 4 have sativa"skunk" first leaf, 5 or 6 have fatter Afghan leafs, and the rest are in-between, but it's soooo early that could all change

Day 21 I believe- lost#16 today to my fingers pulling it out. no growth and the pod leaves curled over the small shoot that never grew. They were fed today with 1 tbls/gal earth juice grow, 1 tsp/gal earth juice bloom, 1tsp/gal catalyst, and a handful o' ewc.

It appears I only have one maybe two that are skinny sativa leafed, #14.IMG_20160810_132302.jpg

About half are a mix and the other half are fat leafed like #7.IMG_20160810_132359.jpg

Finally got some sun today, although it was only about an hour of sun so far. Since August started its been cloudy and raining almost nonstop. Figures we'd have this luck, since the first day we started these seeds its been crappy weather.

Still no sun:cuss:and not much to report other than slight smells on the stem rub are varied and smell good. Here's my favorite CS so far, don't know why but it's the only sativa leaved one.1472098505676613847325.jpg

And a fat leaf CS to balance it out1472098607216907973329.jpg

11 out of 15 are females! I hope I get a purple beauty pheno and the hulk pheno, it would be awesome to have a purple beauty male out of 4 measly males lol heres to hoping.

Anyway the fall weather has really come in and we decided to move them inside under the 1k watter unless the sun comes back.

Smells have come out on them, walking into the room this morning was a delight to my nose.:weed:
