Just wondering if I get caught growing less than 10 plants in a shed(paying the electric), what's the most likely outcome?

Would I be kicked out, or just given a warning(landlord), anyone renting that has been caught, what happened?
Don't think the police care if the plant count is very low,(I would get a warning or a fine).

Any advice would be great.

kind of thinking risk/reward.

As a landlord, I’d appreciate you growing out in a shed.
I am currently in a tent, in a shed.
Working great so far, I don’t plan to flower in summer heat though- no ac.

Thanks, I am planning on growing all year round, if you flower your plants under LEDs and insulate the flower room/shed really well, temperatures should be good if you run the lights at night. I live in the southeast of the UK and it gets very hot mid-summer(30c)
but the roof is insulated with 75mm Earthwall and the cool air is pulled from under the shed(one end near a wall)

Sounds about the same climate here as well.
30s in summer is normal hot, but we passed 40s for the first time this past summer.
I just veg through summer and flip when it cools off.
