Moving Blueberries?

I have some Blueberries in Raised Beds. I'm thinking they will do better just planted in the yard.

Question is they are making berries. Will it hurt to move them now? Or wait until Fall?

Oh yeah, also definitely wait until fall. Best not to disturb them until they're asleep.
