Ok so I am completely new to this and am looking for advice on my grow. I have my auto in ocean forest soil. Foxfarm trio and calmag. She is around 25 days old. Is it going to stretch any or just be short. I have her under a spider farmer sf1000. 18/6 schedule. Should I get rid of the large leaves that are only a leaf and nothing else.

your gonna be fine. Watch your ph of nutes and water. I wouldnt give any nutes for at least 3 weeks. That soil is good for a long time. I use happy frog instead of ocean forest, not quite so hot, and I rarely need grow nutes. Don't add anything till flower.

I actually did feed it twice and think I may have stunted it’s growth. Today I used just ph water at 6.4. It looks better. Where are the buds going to form? Not from any of these massive leaves. Can I cut them off and not harm my plant?

Ok.... leave it alone! Water it and its time to LST if your gonna. Keep it simple. You just trim anything dead off and let it go.

You got this! Next time try mixing Ocean Forest and Happy Frog at 50-50 blend because most of us that use Fox Farms have discovered that Ocean Forest can run hot as Gorillabilly mentioned already...GL

When a soil has to high of a concentration of certain nutrients the plant can “burn” so thats why people say the soil is to “hot” or that it runs “hot”... it’s just a term to describe soil that can burn or stunt your plant due to its strength or high concentration...and this is why a lot of us either mix it w happy frog or switch to just using happy frog...personally, I mix the two.

Just leave it alone. You can "tuck" the large fan leaves down but I wouldnt take them off. When it starts to flower everything stretches out a lot. Where buds will grow depend on how long it vegges but the majority of them will be the last 6-12'' of each branch.
