My weed is growing very slowly

So, after following your advice I think I successfully managed to save my little plant. Now the only problem is that it is growing very slowly. The GIF shows 5 days’ worth of growing (the black parts are the 3 hours of "night") and it hasn’t even opened its leaves. It is growing in coco and I spray a bit of water every day, the light is a 12W LED lamp and it’s on 21 hours a day. I once again am not knowing what I’m doing wrong or if this is normal, please help.

Early issues cause stunted plants

Your light needs to be much closer. It is also not nearly enough to grow a decent catnip plant. let alone weed.

bury the stem a little and use a 36w cfl bulb about 6 inches from the top of the plant. Looks almost like the first leaves are burned.

You got trouble.
If you don't remove the seed shell and membrane, the seedling will die.
Spray it with water to soften and gently remove with tweezers or a toothpick.
It may be too late.
Like mentioned above.......move your light closer to stop the stretch.
the seed shell is already removed, I don't know why the leaves are stiking together

Bro you must very Very carefully remove the membrane and move your light closer to your plant is it a t5 btw? Those are great for seedlings

I told you what to do.......mist it with water and it will soften enough to remove........be gentle.
@MickFoster is hitting everything on the head here. U need to take tweezers and look for a film or membrane. Think clingwrap. Remove anything holding the leaves together

Gotta break the placenta to get the baby out. lol
This ^^^
Then a toothpick to pry it off...gently
Okay, i'll try, thank you wery much

Also if you have a wholefoods/garden center near you. Or a hydro shop. I would pick up a cheap CFL setup. I wouldnt go LED unless you plan on going COB or Quantum. No point in using epistar tech. CFL is better imo if your only option is epistar. Or idk if you plan on upgrading soon but you will need to figure out your lighting in the next couple weeks for sure.

I had to remove the membrane off my current seeds because it got stuck on the cotydlons it happens nothing to worry about once you remove it carefully the leaves will open up nicely especially after your light is a bit closer
