Need advises on my full organic routine/schedule

Hello gents, im a novice grower, started a few weeks ago and im in love with the direct organic grow method! Im loving making my soil richer and richer, it is like caring for someone. And i noticed that you guys have big experience on this matter, then here i go

As i told, i'm still building my experience from many readings, i have passed through countless forums and books regarding this topic, well, follow bellow my routine:

- Im doing a DIY NPK built with: "1 liter of water, 100 ml of milk, 3 bananas peel, 3 egg shell, 3 table spoon of coffee ground, 1 garlic, 1 tablespoon of pure cinnamon and that is it. I throw all in the blender and let it resting for about 1 week, shaking and opening the bottle once a day waiting for the fermentation *And i use 1 part of this for 5 parts of water normally*.
- Doing some KNF's as well, started with some FPJ (Fermented plant juice), and i thought im using 1ml per liter of water weekly in my plants. (Less if seedlings or seeds, less is more, ye?) and im also making LAB (Lacto acidic bacterias) for using weekly, 1ml per liter of water as well.
- Making use of bokashi as well, every 15 days, putting 1 tbsp of it buried in the soil, and sometimes i even put this tbsp of bokashi in 1 liter of water and spray the water in the leaves before burying the solid bokashi.
- Also using yoorin (it is nutrients took from rocks, contains silicio, magnesium, calcium, things like that) every 15 days, 1 tbsp spread in the surface soil.

Do you gents, have any "advise, changes, adds or removes" to give me based on your experiencie and knowledgment?

I'll attach one picture of my 7 weeks plant. It is from a seed from there commercial weed hydraulic pressed from brasil, bad quality tho.

Definitevely mate, I gonna watch The full séries soon as possible, I saw that are short eps.

But I Wonder IF they use the same product as me. I Live in a very poor área and money is a big issue to me. That is why im growing greens with stuff mainly from my kitchen like peels and vegetables. Knfs are also very cheap, it is kitchen scraps and else Plus sugar.
