Need help asap please. Pics

So I'm starting to cut and trim. this shit looks different then my first harvest.

Tell me what u think. my trichs are cloudy and clear a few days ago. I will link the pics.

They haven't seemed to get any bigger and the leaves are mostly dieing.

Anyway tell me what u think. the pics are the same bud from 2 different sides. one side is green the other looks more mature. same branch mind you...

The one that's more green kinda has those hermie bump things like when seeds are starting to form. The other one looks a little overripe.

It's weird. it's the same bud.

I guess it's okay. it's just smaller than my last harvest. which was my first harvest...

What would be the negative to being over ripe?

Here's what I have done so far.

I guess when its over ripe, it starts forming hollow seed shells.
I guess that lowers the potency?

Those ones that are very brown looking aren't crumbly or nothing no weird smell etc etc .....could just be lighting from the pic ...if so don't pay no mind to what I'm saying

They're fine.
Surely the darker parts are those that were in direct light, and the greener ones were shaded.

It fine. Looks good. I would smoke it.

What Callander said. Was it against other buds? I get it sometimes when they get packed together.
