Sorry but I can't find the link for this but I heard on the Norml Show Live yesterday (10/23) that a Nevada lawmaker is studying a proposal to have pharmacy style dispensaries thoughout the state. I'll be back later with a link... I hope.:wall:

Thanks for the link! Having dispenaries may be a good thing but I always wonder when something takes off like this if they'll start looking to stop home growing. I think the growing part is as therapeutic as the herb itself sometimes.

I agree that gardening can be very therapeutic. I like it a lot but it has been very challenging for someone like myself with all my health issues. Things are the way they are here and I'm just doing what I need to do to get the medicine I need. Not sure why they would try and stop home growing unless it was a threat somehow. IMO - if dispensaries were legal and people had that choice they would choose it over growing their own.

Yeah, it may become more of hobby type thing (growing) if prices are reasonable and we don't have to worry about it being "really" legal. I think it'll always be problematic until it's legal for all. It looks like prop 19 could really pass which will be a game changer for all of us... eventually.
