Making some seafood vegatable stock for chowder later.
Reduced some minced scallops and shrimp, minced potato, small onion, corn, celery, garlic, squash, herbs, some wine...getting there.

Milk, potato cubes, more scallops & shrimp, bit more veggies, cube of butter will go in later today, let it simmer for a while.
Shrimp stuffed jalepeno and a roll for sides hopefully.
