New Grow Room in the Makings

Well I've recently been looking for a way to get my grow op out of the house to prevent accidents from happening. Suddenly it hit me! Currently a building is in construction by myself and others next to this 18 wheeler trailer on the property. We already planned on using the trailer as part of the building already but ran across an issue of it having been used for storage.

So far I've managed to cram as much as possible into the back of the trailer near the doors so as the stuff is moved out its right there no fighting around crap to get the storage out.

Currently I'm cutting a doorway out of the side of the trailer (fun, fun...:-|) so we can start the next part of the project.

After everything is moved, since the trailer is going to be a part of the other building it will have to be insulated and etc. Obviously doors at the back cause a slight problem with this.

The plan is to build a wall directly against the storage area, then move forward some and build another wall inside the trailer leaving around a 5'x7' area. Everything insulated, ventilated, and other than the vents - air tight.

The entrance will be a door that will only be roughly 3-4 foot high on connected side of the trailer. This door will then be hidden by furniture (light and easy to move). Any comments or questions appreciated, need to work out all the kinks in this plan, and I wont think of everything.

Money actually is an object. And since it is...we improvise...hence...the 50 yr old chicken house in the pictures below. Checked the wood, checked most the tin....90% of it is in great condition and just needing to be pulled down and put to a better use.
