New grow room

my brother played around last summer with growing, now he is hooked lol..
his set up will be in his garage 25x32 feet, 10 foot ceiling. small insulated room in the corner to grow in, 4 feet by 6 feet. He will grow 4 plants to keep it legal.
the plan is to exhaust the room into the garage in the winter, using 600w HPS with 6 inch filter and fan for exhaust. concern is when lights off in winter the garage is only 40F, will need heater to keep temps up in the grow room.
With exhaust fan on overnight i am concerned it will evacuate the heat out of the grow room to fast, Is there anyway to automatically reduce the fan speed for the night time and slow down the cooling. trying to keep negative pressure in the grow room 24/7.

think we have most of the other stuff figured out.

Temp controller wont work, need to keep negative pressure. Room is not sealed so have to keep a fan on 24/7. The 6 inch fan that is on with the lights is to strong for lights off, it will pull all the heat out to fast. There will be a small heater to help keep the temp up. Thinking of putting in a very small fan and filter for the night time Just need to turn it on very low overnight while lights are off. Hoping it wont pull all the heat out. He cant be going out to the garage every night and morning to adjust the fan speed.
