New pistols late flower

Hi chaps. I have a Trainwreck sativa in soil 10 weeks into flower. My problem is the pistols stopped turning before even 50% have gone red(ish). Now it looks like it’s growing new white pistols. I’m still on 12/12 and I’ve been very careful with light leaks and the led is a good distance from the canopy so I’m ruling out stress although I’m quite stressed myself. Anybody thinks it’s over cooked and I should chop it now or wait and maybe reduce light hours a bit?

Final bud swell....give her a little longer.

Because people use bad advice and starve their plants in the final weeks by flushing....

You might want to take a close look at this part of the plant. Looks like it could be rot.

Any advice? It has plenty of circulation and temps and humidity are normal.

Did you check to see if it's bud rot?
Have you checked the humidity when lights go out?
Mine goes from like 50 % during lights on to 70-80% lights out.
I run a dehumidifier when lights are out set it to 45% making sure to cover light on dehumidifier and hope for the best

If its budrot you would want to cut it out before it spreads, not leave it attached.

If it's not bud rot I would keep them in a bit longer

Thanks for your inputs. I’ve turned the fans up a bit and will keep feeding and keep an eye on the humidity. The weather here is so wet this summer it’s been a nightmare keeping it down below even 55 but. English summers

You were absolutely right with the bud rot. It was just on the largest cola so I’ve chopped it. It doesn’t seem to have spread to the rest of the plant. I’ve also upped the fan speed which may have been too low. Thanks again.
