New plants and need help

I just planted some cbd strawberry kush and have had a very hard time. I have my plants in 16oz cups with holes to allow for drainage. Two in soil and two in coco/perlite. All plants under a Gixxer 1000w LED light with a fan for ventilating. I use recharge with every other watering and I water about twice a week. I try to be careful not to over water and ph everything to keep between 6.3 and 6.8.

Soil#1 grew great but during the 3rd week the lower leaves started to yellow badly. Pic is attached. I figured nitro deficiency so I started feeding fox farm trio at half strength in water with ph 6.3. Still not getting better so after 4 days I flushed the medium with properly ph water and fed again with fox farm at half strength ph around 6.4. Attached is Pic below. Please let me know if you have some advice... I thought this one was going to take off. I was wondering should I transplant to the bigger pot and I was wondering when to start LST???? Pic attached...

Soil#2 was a helmet head and is stunted. I had to remove the helmet with tweezers and it's not growing well. It had some kind of flying bugs that were in the happy frog soil i used so I treated the seedlings with Trifecta organic solution. No more bugs are seen. I recharge with every other watering and water twice a week. It's been over 3 weeks so I also flushed the soil and fed at half strength. Any suggestions would be helpful. I really want to save this plant. Pic attached...

Coco 1 was also a helmet head and also stunted. I started adding nutes at half strength of FF trio after 3 weeks along with recharge every other water but growth is so slow, almost to the point that it's not growing. Not sure if it's going to live but any advice would be welcome.

Coco#2 is also slow and was also a helmet head. I removed it on day 4 after it sprout cause I didn't want to take any chances after what happened to coco#1. I started adding a diluted amount of cal-mag+ at the beginning and started feeding at half strength after week 3. She doesn't look good either... I'm beginning to hate coco....lol....

The reason I flushed them all is cause I was worried the Trifecta I used was too much and since I was having so many problem I wanted to eliminate at least one variable. I just planted and started a white widow in soil cause I'm worried this group of seedlings are doing so poorly that I won't have a grow of at least 3 plants. I'm learning as I go and these will be my second grow. Any advice would be welcomed and appreciated. The reason I have two in coco and two in soil is cause I wanted to try something new with the coco and see if there is a difference. Thanks in advance and pics attached.

You should transplant those into a bigger pot, also, you might be overwatering them. I'd give them 1/4 strength fox farm-the coco plants will need it with each feed. Replant them and don't overwater and I think they'll perk back up. Remember, it takes time for plants to improve, you probably made the overwatering worse by flushing them. Good luck!
