I am designing a RDWC system with 4 pots expandable to 8, my question is should I invest in two pumps? One for the flow threw my 2 inch line from pot to pot and one for my waterfall system?

So just the waterfall pump and the flow should work on its own then
Yes. Be sure to use an inline pump. The only secondary pump you'll need is if you have a chiller (which you should) and you can either use a submersible sat in the res, or another separate inline one plumbed off the side of your res' wall at the bottom just like the waterfall manifold supply pump.
4 sits will only need like 300-400gals.

I have looked over you pics for hours, could you do a simple hand drawing for me, nothing fancy so I can order the proper parts, like I said, I would like the ability to expand to 8 pots in the future so will kind of be keeping stuff to the one side for now

I really do like the waterfall aspect of it

Check out j232s build. I helped him through every step.

Is this the correct bulk head to be using? Or can I use these in any wayView attachment 4573233
I am currently building a 4 site RDWC system and used bulkheads similar to this. However I found that this vendor on Amazon has a limit of 3 bulkheads per order which is annoying. I used The Uniseal Warehouse to purchase mine: https://www.aussieglobe.com/ . There are also different options on the type of attachment you prefer thread x thread, slip x thread and slip x slip fittings depending on what you need for the build.
