new to organic growing

Hello. As the title states, I am new to organic growing. Literally have not even dipped my toes in the water. I can max out on bottles no problem but I have decided that I'd like to get back to the roots of gardening. Also, this will be my second time running autos. I have two alaskan diesel, two larry lemon og, two pineapple express, two green crack, and two northern lights popping. I have a bale of Sunshine Advanced Mix #4, and the entire Roots Organics Uprising (dry) line with terp teas and worm castings. I've read and read and read all over the place and have not yet really found the information i need. I'm indoors with a well regulated environment to minimize the possibilty of an unwanted infestation of either mold or insects. my number one question is, should I amend the grow dry @ half or quarter strength into the mix as well as my worm castings? As far as tea time, how frequently should I brew my tea? I'll be using their terp tea along with bennies, mycorrhizae, and molasses. I'm thinking I should shoot for 6.5 on the pH as it is not a completely inert media but if I'm off on that, I would like guidance there as well. Once these lassies sprout, I'll be cutting the paper towel and putting them into jiffy pots that roots can just grow through before they go into their 5's. After they are going, I plan on topdressing with a mix of uprising grow, foundation, elemental, oregonism xl, and Nitro (high N bat guano), adding elemental after about 3 weeks, and then once I see bract formation, ill be switching to the bloom amendments. I don't know if thi sis the right or wrong approach but any input would be great. I know the veg window is closed on autos so I don't want to scorch the poor things by treating them like i would a photoperiod. I'm not out for the haul, I'm out for the high. I like to be able tell what I'm smoking by the terp profile and the way it hits me. I never run on waiting on the bulk up. When the trichs say they're ready, they're ready for me. I don't see the sense in letting the goodies degrade to get more weight as this is for me and my family's enjoyment. Again, any pointers would be appreciated. as this is all very new to me. A side note, I also breed, I like the idea of challenges and currently, I am thinking of working on an automatic ghost train haze. Anyone's input on yay or nay would also be appreciated. My best photo pheno usually takes 12 weeks to ripen up so I have to wonder if it would be a lost cause to try to make an auto version. Thanks again for any responses to any of this. Stay green folks.

You'll need to top dress to or make use of teas with smaller pots.
