dustinsulak.com He's just outside of Augusta in Hallowell. $300 dollar for an initial visit. Make sure you bring them past medical records that prove you have a qualifying medical condition. If you qualify they will write your recommendation and send the info into the state, then you fill out the state application and send it in along with a $100 fee. You should receive a card 4 or 5 weeks after submitting your application. The card is valid for one year. On the application you must choose to either grow your own, use a caregiver, or use a dispensary. The card you receive will reflect your choice. The first dispensaries should open in January or Febuary. Hope this helps

hey dhc, here is a link to the state's information. You will find everything you need to know, including the law itself, forms and rules:

HghFlyrJD1, the new laws are not perfect certainly, but a huge improvement to what was in place. It is very easy for me to say that of course, being eligible under the new law. I do believe we have made big strides here in Maine, and it will continue. Part of the new law establishes a commission that is empowered to add conditions and dispensaries without additional legislation.

I agree, as I am also allowed to grow and I am taking advantage of that option! Maine hopefully can pave the way for some other states to roll out some new laws!
